Kirkwood Craftsman – Addition + Renovation

This project includes a split-level rear addition with an owner’s suite over the existing garage. The first-floor addition includes a larger kitchen, sunroom and rear deck. The existing living space was renovated by removing an abandoned fireplace to create an open layout that connects the kitchen with the dining and living rooms. A mudroom/utility area was also created.
